DanGrady Company is hiring Civil Construction Laborers to work on non-union underground utility and civil construction projects. This is hands-on, physical work supporting pipe crews, equipment operators, and foremen. We’re looking for reliable workers who show up ready to work, follow direction, and take pride in doing the job right.

Assist pipe crews with underground utility installation

Hand dig, shovel, and grade trenches as needed

Set up and maintain job site safety and traffic control

Load and unload materials, tools, and pipe

Spot equipment operators and work safely around heavy machinery

Install bedding, backfill, and assist with compaction

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Follow all safety rules and company policies

Previous construction or civil experience preferred (not required)

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day

Willingness to learn and take direction from foremen

Reliable transportation to job sites

Strong work ethic and safety-first mindset

Experience in underground utilities or pipe work

OSHA 10

CDL or equipment experience (plus)
