Phlebotomist – MusB Diagnostics (New Port Richey / Tampa Bay Area)

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Phlebotomist with a strong background in clinical collections and physician office outreach. This hybrid role blends specimen collection with client-facing sales to help grow our clinical testing footprint in the Tampa Bay and Pasco County area.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws, specimen collection (stool, saliva, urine), and venipuncture/capillary procedures across varied patient age groups
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, clinic partners, and physicians
- Maintain accurate specimen labeling, data entry, and chain of custody for diagnostic testing
- Travel to partner sites and perform mobile phlebotomy collections
- Uphold HIPAA and safety standards in clinical operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with phlebotomy certification
- 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, including venipuncture and clinical sample handling
- Sales, outreach, or clinic relationship-building experience highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently and multitasking
- Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for healthcare outreach
- Tech-savvy with basic EMR, CRM, or lab system familiarity
Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible hours (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- $18–$26/hour base pay based on experience + commission for sales performance
- Mileage reimbursement for travel

- If you help in bringing medical testing accounts with ALFs, nursing homes, and other institutions/partners, your bonus can be additional.
