Minden Meat And Deli is conveniently located right on Hwy 395 in Minden, NV. We are expanding and looking to hire a FULL TIME assistant manager and one Part time supervisor/ or manager to join our team.

Our ideal candidate has previous management experience. A team player with a flexible management style and availability to work some morning and evening shifts. All managers must have a current food handlers' certification with-in 30 days of hiring. We are looking for someone who has a strong backbone, but is also mild mannered and gets along well with others. A good manager, is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged. Full time position Must be able to work nights and most weekends and will be required to get The MANAGERS food safety certification within 90days of hiring.
Responsibilities

Train, coach, and work along side employees and team leaders
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist with inventory and ordering systems
