Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Eligible to work in the U.S
- Must have a valid Drivers license.
- Maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions

Responsibilities
- Safely operate an electric bike to deliver packages to customers within designated areas.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during each interaction, answering questions and addressing concerns with a positive attitude.
- Verify orders before delivery for accuracy and completeness, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the e-bike to ensure safety and reliability.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure safe delivery practices at all times.
- Complete delivery documentation accurately and report any issues or delays promptly to the supervisor.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service with a focus on positive interactions.
- Previous delivery driver or courier experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with navigation and time management.
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to operate an electric bike safely and responsibly in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and route planning.

Pay: $20.25 - $20.50 per hour
