As a Client Engagement Manager, you lead client partnerships with a focus on relationship, strategy, and account retention. You independently manage a portfolio of active client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive service and high‑quality delivery. You’ll lead strategic planning sessions, oversee project timelines and budgets, and collaborate cross‑functionally to keep work tightly aligned to client goals.
You also play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and major projects, identifying upsell opportunities, and maintaining clean, accurate data in our project management system. Beyond core responsibilities, you model high‑performing team behavior, actively participate in professional development, and represent Altitude with a solutions‑oriented mindset—internally and externally.
