Vantage Senior Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Operations and Wellness Services to oversee the clinical and operational functions of a small regional portfolio of senior living communities. This role requires regular travel across the northern Chicago suburbs, with occasional visits to the Champaign, IL area.
About the Role
This is a key leadership position for a Registered Nurse with proven expertise in supportive living and senior care operations. The Director will work closely with Wellness Directors and community leaders to uphold exceptional care standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide consistent support for day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational oversight to community Wellness Directors.
- Ensure all care delivery aligns with state and local regulations.
- Monitor resident health outcomes and support accurate care documentation.
- Foster a compassionate, compliant, and high-performing care environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure resident wellness and satisfaction.
- Travel frequently to provide on-site leadership and support as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN).
- Previous experience as an Executive Director, Director of Nursing, or Wellness Director in a senior living or supportive living setting.
- In-depth understanding of IDPH and supportive living regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and drive performance across multiple locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
