As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll help introduce this revolutionary solution to key decision-makers and open doors that lead to real change. What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to golf course superintendents, municipal managers, and sports turf professionals
- Initiate meaningful conversations through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule demos with the inside and field sales teams
- Track and manage all interactions through our CRM (HubSpot)
- Work closely with the marketing team to fine-tune messaging and generate engagement
- Occasionally represent FireFly at industry events, trade shows, or product demonstrations
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to connect with new people
- Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or similar
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-up skills
- An interest in golf, sports turf, sustainability, or clean technology is a big plus
