Outside Sales Representative – Hospitality Maintenance Supplies
Location: West Kissimmee, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

For more than 14 years, our locally owned company has supplied hotels, resorts, vacation properties, and hospitality businesses throughout Central Florida with the maintenance and repair products they depend on every day.
We’re seeking an experienced, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help grow our commercial sales division. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys developing relationships but also has a strong understanding of hardware, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, or building supplies.
If you’ve worked in a hardware store, plumbing supply, electrical supply, building materials, maintenance, facilities, or commercial construction, we’d love to talk with you.What You’ll Do:
● Develop new business within the hospitality industry.
● Visit hotels, resorts to build long-term relationships.
● Meet with maintenance personnel to identify repair and maintenance needs.
● Recommend appropriate products and solutions.
● Prepare estimates and quotes with support from our experienced team.
● Secure orders and follow through on purchasing and deliveries.
● Provide exceptional customer service that builds long-term customer loyalty.
Products You’ll Represent-You’ll work with commercial building maintenance and repair products including:
● Plumbing supplies
● Electrical products
● Lighting
● Appliances
● Flooring
● Hardware
● General maintenance and repair supplies
Qualifications -Preferred Experience
● Outside sales experience preferred.
● Hardware industry experience strongly preferred.
● Experience in plumbing, electrical, maintenance, construction, facilities management, building materials, or industrial supply is a significant advantage.
● Hospitality maintenance experience is a plus.
