KWB Pathology Associatesis seeking a Full-Time Front Desk/Customer Service Representative to join our team! This role is crucial in supporting our mission by ensuring effective communication and providing assistance to our clients, enhancing their experience with KWB Pathology Associates. We are a 100% pathologist-owned laboratory serving the greater Big Bend area of Florida for over half a century. We strive for excellence in caring for our patients, our clients, and our employees.
Pay range is $16.00 - $23.00 depending on experience.
The hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Associate's degree or higher preferred.
Customer service experience required.
Basic computer and data entry skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquires with professionalism.
Maintain phone logs, assist callers and transfer calls to appropriate department.
Pull up patient reports and provide to clients.
Greet and assist visitors and vendors.
Maintain account and distribution data in various information systems.
Research, resolve and document client queries and concerns.
Provide introductory information to prospective and new customers.
Monitor various systems for client communications and provide timely responses.
Contact clients to provide and request information.
Escalate queries and concerns appropriately to provide excellent customer service.
Dispatch couriers to client locations for specimen pick-ups.
Additional clerical and marketing duties as assigned.
Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check
