Job description:
Summary
Join a growing team that builds custom, high‑quality signs seen by thousands of people every day. We are looking for a dependable Sign Fabricator who takes pride in their work and wants to grow their skills in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented shop. Prior sign experience is a plus, but we are also open to strong fabricators who are ready to learn the sign industry.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble sign components (channel letters, cabinets, monuments, and custom projects).
- Read and follow shop drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Operate fabrication equipment (saws, brakes, drills, grinders, and hand tools).
- Perform light to moderate aluminum welding as needed.
- Fit, assemble, and finish parts to meet quality and appearance standards.
- Inspect parts for accuracy and quality throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Previous sign fabrication experience is a plus, or solid metal fabrication experience in a manufacturing/shop setting.
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic fabrication drawings.
- Some aluminum welding experience (MIG) preferred; we will train the right person.
