Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing molding machines and equipment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in good working conditions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on molding machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of molding machines and equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
