Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Drywall Assistant to support day-to-day operations across a variety of residential and light commercial projects. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn the trade and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with drywall installation, including hanging, cutting, and measuring
- Perform demolition and site prep work
- Complete drywall patching and basic finishing tasks
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job sites
- Support warehouse organization, material prep, and inventory
- Follow direction while also working independently when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Hands-on aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Prior construction or drywall experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments
