We’re looking for a hands-on Parts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in leading a high-performing team to provide excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll oversee daily parts department operations, inventory management, customer satisfaction and financial performance while ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and employees.
Compensation Package: Base salary + Monthly Bonus Potential + Profit-Sharing + 401K with 6% Match

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the parts department to support internal and external customers.
- Manage inventory accuracy, audits, ordering and receipting processes.
- Oversee the full parts sales process including quoting, invoicing, returns and payment collection.
- Monitor department goals, budgets, receivables and overall performance.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and improve department processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe parts counter, warehouse and showroom.
- Support and develop team members through training and coaching opportunities.
Education and Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in parts, inventory or service operations preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
