Experience
Minimum 10 years verifiable in the field.
Required
NY Drivers License, professional appearance; Working knowledge of local codes. LMP and/or Full Gas Qualification desired.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to write, maintain and interpret reports.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date logs and records.
- Read and understand plans.
- Lead, manage, hold accountable on the job, in the field teams to complete tasks, perform, do and be best.
- Ability to understand, clarify, define, diagnose and root out plumbing, heating, sprinkler, gas and drain issues and offer solutions or options to solutions to the satisfaction of customers and KAPNAG ownership.
- Liaison and communicate with clients.
- Perform technical escalation.
- Order, locate, prepare supply and manufacturer materials.
- Communicate with local government and quasi governmental agencies and jurisdictions.
- Schedule individual and project timelines.
- Insure in the field safety measures are taken.
Goals: Singularly individual, intermediate term and long range projects completions. Direct manage, teach, mentor and grow field employees to better understand roles, tasks and responsibilities.
Physical Demands: Occasionally climb ladders, lift and weight sometimes exceeding 25 pounds, bend and contort under cabinetry, above drop ceilings, around boilers, up to and inside roof tanks.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
