Position Details
- Part-Time and Full Time
- Approximately 20 hours per week / 40 hours per week
- Weekend availability is required
- Flexible weekday scheduling based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and help them find products that best fit their needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable workplace throughout each shift, ensuring the sales floor, displays, and work areas consistently reflect Lighthouse’s standards.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and assist with inventory as needed.
- Follow all state regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required.
- Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and willing to take initiative.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Eager to learn and build knowledge of cannabis products.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
