The 34° North Restaurant located inside the Beaufort Hotel is currently seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cooks to join our culinary team. This position plays an important role in delivering high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
We are looking for someone who works well in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in food presentation and consistency, and enjoys being part of a strong team.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Assist with prep work, stocking stations, and kitchen organization
- Ensure all food is handled and stored safely in accordance with sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout kitchen and work areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams during service
- Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Support banquet and hotel food service operations as needed
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive pay based on experience
- $250 sign-on bonus offered after successfully completing 30 days of employment. Bonus will be included in your paycheck following the completion of the 30-day period.
