Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing floors to maintain a spotless environment.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing with care and efficiency.
- Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, and appliances are sanitized according to health standards.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities like sweeping patios, cleaning outdoor furniture, and maintaining yard areas when required.
- Safely lift and move heavy items such as furniture or cleaning equipment using proper manual handling techniques.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for restocking or replacement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while respecting privacy and confidentiality.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures.
- Hands-on experience with laundry operations and custodial responsibilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work environments.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems or schedules is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Previous experience in outdoor work settings or hospitality environments will be considered an asset.
