We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team at SPS PoolCare. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing swimming pools, ensuring they are clean and functioning optimally. Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance on swimming pools to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Utilize hand and power tools for equipment repairs and installations.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions for pool systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pool equipment and systems to identify necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
