Marantec America Corp. is seeking someone to fulfill the open role of Operations Manager with a strong Sales focus for our North American Production facility! We are growing rapidly and require an operations manager to play a strategic role in the development and deployment of company objectives. This role will focus on production requirements and
What You Will Do:
- The Sales Operations Manager reports directly to the CEO and oversees operations for most front and back office tasks, with a strong focus on the inside customer service team and outside sales teams.
- The Sales Operations Manager will be assigned functional leadership responsibility for identifying and implementing breakthrough improvements that benefit the entire location.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations
- Oversee operational policies and procedures.
- Drive sustainable growth and minimize losses, with focus on profitability.
- Conduct supervisory responsibilities, including staffing, member performance management, training and development, salary increases, and member disciplinary actions.
Qualifications:
- Prefer one of the following education achievements:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of operations experience
OR
- 7 years of Operations and Sales Management experience
- Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish a plus.
Also:
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce, Google Workspace as communication, tracking, and analysis tools a plus.
- Proven leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use reason and logic to influence the decision-making of individuals, groups, work teams, and leadership, to achieve project results.
- Experience leading a team of people.
- Experience with Organizational Development and changes.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, frequent ambiguity, and multiple competing priorities
- Up to 5%-10% travel may be required domestically to support the internal team for trade shows, etc.
- Regular working hours, Monday through Friday 8-5
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
