About the Role
Substrata Media is seeking a detail-oriented AI Content Documentation Specialist to create voiceovers for already produced daily horse documentation videos that support our AI-powered media platform.
This is a structured production role focused on accuracy, consistency, and process execution. It is not a highly creative editing position.
After completing 1 week of on-site training, this position will transition to remote work. Occasional on-site visits (2-3 per month) may be required with advance notice.
Responsibilities
- Record voiceover narration describing activities and interactions
- Follow established production standards and terminology
- Submit completed videos for review and quality control
- Meet daily production deadlines
Daily Production Expectations
- Create a voice narration for 6 completed videos per day
- Average video length: 5–6 minutes
- Follow a structured workflow and production checklist
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across all projects
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear speaking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and remote work environment
- Comfortable following established processes and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working or being around horses
- Voiceover or narration experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Interest in horses or animal-related content

Compensation
- $400 per week
