Gutter Installation Technician

Position Summary
The Gutter Installation Technician is responsible for the safe and professional installation, repair, maintenance, and inspection of seamless gutter systems, downspouts, gutter guards, and drainage solutions. Employees are expected to represent Best Dam Gutters Plus with professionalism while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities
· Install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters
· Install copper gutter systems when required
· Install gutter guards
· Install downspouts and underground drainage systems
· Fabricate miters, outlets, and specialty components
· Repair leaking gutter systems and replace damaged components
· Clean, inspect, and maintain gutter systems
· Communicate professionally with customers
Safety Responsibilities
· Follow OSHA safety standards
· Use ladders and PPE properly
· Inspect equipment before use
· Report unsafe conditions immediately
· Follow fall protection requirements when applicable
Daily Duties
· Load trailer/truck and verify materials
· Travel to job sites
· Complete installations and repairs
· Photograph completed work
· Clean job site
· Maintain tools and complete paperwork
Physical Requirements
· Lift 75+ pounds
· Carry ladders
· Work outdoors year-round
· Climb ladders repeatedly
· Bend, kneel, squat, and crawl

Preferred Qualifications
· Construction or gutter installation experience

Work Schedule
· Full-time
· Monday–Friday
· Occasional Saturdays during peak season
· Overtime as needed

Pay Structure
· Payday is every two weeks on Fridays
· Paid by Check or ACH(Direct Deposit)
· Starting hourly wage $18 - $25 per hour, plus *Bonus*
· Initial raise is determined after the first 90 days
· After initial raise, pay raise reviews are every 12 months for a performance review for the previous 12 months.
· Pay Ranges from $720 - $1,500+ per week
Bonus Structure
· Bonus is .25¢ to .50¢ per footage for gutter jobs
· Bonus is .30¢ - .60¢ per footage for buried drainage jobs.
· Bonus is paid out once 1 week after completion goes by with no warranties, if job is under 1 year and experiences a warranty, that jobs bonus is take back from future bonuses
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
