**Year-Round Position, Applicants Must Be 18 Years or Older**
Summary: Responsible for working closely with the Production Manager to accomplish daily tasks relating to the vegetable crop operations, farm operation, and maintenance.
Reports To: Production Manager and Farm President
Qualifications:
● Prior work experience preferred but not required
● Valid Driver’s license
● Safely drive, operate, and maneuver farm machinery and equipment (preferred, not required)
● Knowledge of safety programs and procedures
● High School Diploma/equivalent
● High level organization skills, excellent English communication and math skills required
● Produce Safety Course certification preferred, not required
● Pesticide License preferred, not required
Essential Functions:
Responsible for assisting in daily vegetable crop management including but not limited to planting, harvesting, irrigation, growing activity management, and packing/storage:
Responsible for assisting the production manager
Assist with equipment, machinery, and facility maintenance and repair

Outdoor work will be in all weather conditions.
Hours:
● Part Time Hours, 25-30 hours per week
● The schedule will be based on the cropping season and may vary with weather conditions but will include weekdays and rotations for holidays and weekends.
