As we continue to grow, we're looking for energetic, dependable individuals to join our Event Staff team. Whether you're assisting with concerts, festivals, sporting events, private functions, or corporate gatherings, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Check tickets, credentials, and wristbands while managing entry points.
- Provide directions, answer guest questions, and offer general event assistance.
- Monitor assigned areas to help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment.
- Assist with crowd management and communicate potential issues to supervisors.
- Support event setup, breakdown, and operational needs as assigned.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and fellow team members throughout the event.
- Accurately document incidents or noteworthy activities when required.
