Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part Time Care Giver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in various care settings. Duties
- Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of loneliness
- Help with meal preparation and feeding to meet dietary needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care is highly preferred
- Certification or training in First Aid and CPR is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while following care plans and protocols accurately
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Experience operating EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for driving responsibilities related to client transportation or errands
- Flexibility to work part-time hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
