We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is dynamic, a committed leader, entrepreneurial, with high expectations, results-oriented, with an excellent service attitude and a strong team player.
You will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the execution, control, and supervision of the store's proper commercial, operational, and administrative functioning, following company guidelines, and ensuring excellent customer service.
We require 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual Spanish and English
We offer a salary of $20.00 per hour, training, and a collaborative work environment. The position is located at 25 NE Interstate 410 Loop #114, San Antonio, Texas 78216.
