Position Title: Flex Security Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week)
Schedule: Flexible Schedule – Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, and Holidays as Needed
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and professional Flex Security Supervisor to join our leadership team. This position is designed for an experienced security professional who can seamlessly transition between supervisory responsibilities and field operations while providing exceptional support to clients, officers, and management. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, strong leader, and skilled multitasker who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, fill open assignments, respond to emergencies, conduct site inspections, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security personnel across multiple client locations.
- Fill open posts and provide coverage as needed to maintain uninterrupted service.
- Conduct site inspections, post checks, and quality assurance audits.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance management.
- Prepare incident reports, shift reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch, management, clients, and emergency responders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and security procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, staffing adjustments, and workforce planning.
- Serve as a leader and resource for officers while maintaining a strong field presence.
Qualifications
- Previous security, supervisory, military, law enforcement, or related leadership experience preferred.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with computers, reporting systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
