Connect Staffing is hiring a Bobtail Truck Driver / Warehouse Associate for a foam products manufacturer and distributor in Waco, TX. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $18/hr on a Monday–Friday day schedule. You will spend part of your time driving a bobtail or box truck to deliver foam products to job sites and customers, then assist with warehouse operations when deliveries are not scheduled. Warehouse responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, staging orders, organizing inventory, and supporting daily warehouse activities. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

Drive a bobtail or box truck on local routes to deliver foam products to job sites and customer locations.

Load and unload materials at the warehouse and delivery stops using dollies and pallet jacks.

Secure loads properly before each trip and verify load accuracy against delivery paperwork.

Assist with warehouse operations when deliveries are not scheduled.

Pull, stage, organize, and prepare customer orders for delivery.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies to move foam products and materials.

Support inventory organization and outbound shipment preparation.
Minimum Requirements

Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.

1+ year of experience driving a bobtail, box truck, or similar delivery vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience delivering building materials, insulation, or foam products.

Familiarity with pallet jack and dolly operation for heavy or bulky loads.

Experience obtaining customer signatures and maintaining delivery paperwork or logs.

Knowledge of local Waco-area roads and job site delivery procedures.

Experience supporting warehouse operations such as staging, organizing, or pulling orders.

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
