Position Overview
As a Wellness & Longevity Medicine Provider (NP/PA), you will work at the intersection of longevity medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic health, weight management, lifestyle medicine, and preventive care.
Using advanced laboratory testing, comprehensive health assessments, and evidence-based treatment strategies, you will develop personalized care plans that help patients achieve their health and wellness goals.
This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys building strong patient relationships, educating and coaching patients, and taking a proactive approach to healthcare. Our providers serve as trusted partners in their patients' wellness journeys, helping them make sustainable changes that lead to lasting results.
You will have the opportunity to care for patients through both initial consultations and ongoing follow-up visits, allowing you to develop meaningful relationships and see the impact of your care over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and health assessments.
- Review laboratory results, diagnostic testing, and health histories to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and manage evidence-based wellness therapies, including hormone optimization, weight management, nutraceutical recommendations, and other wellness-focused treatment options.
- Provide patient education and coaching related to nutrition, exercise, lifestyle modification, and long-term health optimization.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and patient goals.
- Draw and review patient laboratory work as appropriate.
- Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
- Foster strong patient relationships through a personalized, patient-centered approach.
What We're Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in good standing.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Passion for preventive medicine, wellness, and helping patients achieve long-term health goals.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and patient education skills.
- Ability to inspire confidence, trust, and accountability in patients.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn new clinical approaches and treatment modalities.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Interest in wellness, longevity, hormone optimization, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine.
Preferred Experience
Experience in wellness medicine is a plus but not required. We welcome providers from a variety of clinical backgrounds, including:
