Fleet Solutions Truck Repair is a growing, family-owned repair shop in Arnold, MO, looking for a dependable technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a long-term career with a team that values your experience.
We work on everything from passenger vehicles and pickups to fleet vehicles, commercial trucks, vans, trailers, and mobile service repairs. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and working alongside a team that has your back, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years automotive, fleet, or diesel repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Own basic hand tools
- Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in doing the job right
