Training Shift-Mon-Fri 10:00 AM-6:00PM (1-2wks) Permanent Shift-Monday through Friday. Shift will be one of the following:
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
12:00 PM to 8:00 PM
List of Duties:
- Professional interaction with customers, clients, and vendors through calls and emails
--Scheduling services on customized interface.
- Intake and management of referrals
Qualifications:
MUST BE ABLE TO READ/WRITE/COMPREHEND ENGLISH FLUENTLY.-DETAIL ORIENTED
**Bilingual Spanish a plus
Have Professional Phone Etiquette
Multi-tasking Ability
Rapid problem solving
Familiar/Comfortable with Data Entry
At least 2 years of Customer Service Experience (preferably call center experience) preferred.
