Job Summary

Duties
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team, setting clear goals and motivating staff to achieve outstanding results
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound sales campaigns, cold calling, and B2B (business-to-business) outreach to expand our customer base
- Cultivate relationships with high-end clients through personalized service, negotiation, and upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact through closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance
- Conduct regular training sessions on automotive sales techniques, inventory management, retail math, and effective communication skills
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, dealership policies, and market trends to support informed decision-making
- Represent the dealership at public speaking events or marketing initiatives to promote our brand and services

- Proven experience in automobile sales with a focus on high-end vehicles and retail environments
- Strong outside sales skills with a track record of B2B sales success and cold calling expertise

- Experience in inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and automotive dealership operations
