Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team providing services in center, school, and home settings. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with pediatric populations and is skilled in delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/Plans of Care)
- Provide therapy services in center, school, and home environments
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and session notes
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active State SLP License
- ASHA CCCs (or CF considered, if applicable)
- Experience working with pediatric clients
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
Required Training/Experience:
- PROMPT Training
- AAC Training
Preferred Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with diverse diagnoses (ASD, developmental delays, etc.)
- Bilingual
