The LPN is a charge nurse position providing assistance with planning, identifying, directing and implementing all phases of resident care. Medication and treatment assistance. Completes clinical records. Performs as a team leader in fostering a cooperative effort amongst the staff, residents/families and community service providers to carry out the resident';s individual service plan.
