Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional, helpful and timely manner

Prepare quotes and process customer orders accurately using our ERP system

Provide solutions to customers and answer complex questions on products and services.

Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary

Track and manage orders and follow-through to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment

Provide product information, pricing, order status and assist customers in selecting appropriate products for their applications

Coordinate and communicate with the manufacturing team regarding production and to ensure timely shipment of orders
-
Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.

Content creation and managing social media and online reputation functions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

1–3 years of customer service or sales support experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Work Schedule & Pay

Hourly position; overtime may be required based on business needs

Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
