About the Position:
Administrative Assistant - Irvine, CA (In-Office Position Only)
We currently have a full-time Originations Administrative Assistant position. Applicants must have strong Excel, Word, math, typing, & organizational skills.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Hourly Pay: $19 - $20
- Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am -5:00 pm, no weekends
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide clerical support for the Originations Department by processing and logging funding packages received electronically.
- Work effectively in a collaborative setting.
- Process contracts for boards.
- Assist clerical staff in scanning, returns, resubs and filing contracts.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly manner with each contact. Display a willingness to take direction, work cooperatively with management and co-workers, and project a positive demeanor.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing
- Detail oriented; great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Able to handle high phone volume and complete verifications for employment, auto insurance and place of residency.
