Responsibilities:
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow protocols and maintain confidentiality of patient information
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Therapy Technician is preferred
- Proficiency in using office systems and software such as Optima, Clinicient, PROMPT, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Friendly and professional demeanor
