We’re growing and looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to join our residential installation crew.
Job Description
As an HVAC Installer, you’ll work on residential heating and cooling system installations, replacements, and related equipment. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing the job right, and wants to be part of a team that supports each other.
We’re open to candidates with different experience levels — from someone with basic HVAC knowledge who is ready to learn, to experienced installers looking for a steady, supportive place to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing
Installing residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components
Assisting with system replacements and new equipment installs
Running and connecting ductwork, refrigerant lines, drains, venting, and electrical connections as needed
Helping remove old equipment and prepare job sites for installation
Working with the install team to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally
Communicating with customers in a respectful and professional manner
Keeping work areas clean and organized
Following company procedures and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Some HVAC installation experience required
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work well with a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift, carry, climb, and work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and outdoor conditions
Positive attitude and pride in quality workmanship
Good communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have, But Not Required
EPA Certification or willingness to obtain
HVAC trade school or formal training
Experience with residential replacements or new equipment installation
Sheet metal or ductwork experience
Basic electrical knowledge related to HVAC installs
Experience brazing, setting equipment, or running line sets
