Our client is not your typical fragrance house. They are a bold, timeless, and opulent brand - steeped in culture, tradition, and who has a passion for unforgettable scent experiences. With a rich story behind every bottle, they invite clients into a world of elegance, identity, and expression.
We are currently assisting them in their search for a Luxury Fragrance Sales Associate. Someone who thrives in luxury retail and who believes in the power of storytelling to assist with in store weekly visits. Please note that hours will be around 5-10hrs per week. This is a terrific role for someone who is looking to add on stable hours and elevate their customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Being bold and magnetic with your personality, showing your client an opportunity to create new memories with their choice of scent.
- Bring the brand story to life through meaningful interactions, highlighting the unique features, notes and benefits of each fragrance
- Guide clients through in-store events and product experiences, providing personalised recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Develop lasting client relationships that will drive loyalty and retention – helping to create a client list.
- Showcasing products and engaging with both store employees and clients.
- Helping to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing sales and demonstration space at all times.
- Ensure all merchandising displays and presentations consitently align with brand standards and visual guidelines.
- 5-10 hours a week - MUST have open availability on the weekends.
Who You Are
- Someone with a strong passion for beauty and fragrances, with a deep understanding of scent families, notes, and fragrance composition.
- A confident communicator and engaging storyteller
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client focused environment and is comfortable working independently.
- Must have atleast 1 year of luxury or beauty sales experience (fragrance, beauty or fashion preferred)
- A proven track record of meeting and or exceeding retail sales targets
- Experience in a boutique or high-end retail environment is preferred
- Punctual and reliable.
