We are seeking a charismatic, driven, and detail-oriented Luxury Leasing Consultant to be the face of our community and help discerning residents find their perfect home.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum [1-2] years of experience in leasing.
- A polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
- Proficiency in ResMan property management software (Preferred not required)
- Saturday work schedule required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Base Salary: $20-23 per hour, plus $125 per new lease & $125 per renewal commission, uncapped leasing commissions.
