Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Crew Members to join our DQ team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food and beverages following established recipes and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment
- Assist in stocking inventory and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Upsell products to customers to increase sales
Skills:
- Experience in the food industry or related field preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for transactions and cash handling
- Proficiency in food handling practices and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with grocery store, kitchen, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide help where needed
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Capability to upsell products effectively
