Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans to enhance their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and implement behavior intervention plans
- Provide patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Conduct data collection and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Work with individuals with developmental disabilities to improve their social and behavioral skills
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or teens
- Proficiency in behavioral health techniques and interventions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and approaches
-Active RBT credential or willingness to acquire (supervision and competency to be provided)
