What You'll Do
- Assist customers, technicians, and wholesale accounts with identifying and purchasing automotive parts and accessories
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service in person and over the phone
- Process parts orders and maintain accurate inventory and sales records
- Receive, stock, and organize parts inventory
- Notify customers and service staff when special order parts arrive
- Locate and source out-of-stock parts as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
- Stay current on product knowledge through ongoing training
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Dealership experience preferred
- Experience with PBS dealership software is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
