Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or necessary repairs
- Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify problems
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
