Job Overview
Seeking a skilled HVAC/R technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. Experience with chillers, towers, boilers, building loop pumps, WSHPs is ideal.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance of HVAC/R systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Install new HVAC/R systems according to specifications and local codes
- Perform routine inspections of HVAC/R equipment
- Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on system upgrades or replacements
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair services performed
- Complete work orders daily
Skills
- Proficiency as a service technician in HVAC/R systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for HVAC/R equipment
- Knowledge of plumbing and welding techniques related to HVAC/R systems
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and their functions
- Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing various HVAC/R issues
- Capability to maintain and service boilers effectively
