About the Role: Are you passionate about craft beer, cocktails, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience? GVR Beer Garden is looking for experienced, high-energy bartenders to join our team! This is a fast-paced, fun environment where you’ll serve an incredible lineup of Colorado craft beers, spirits, and cocktails while creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for our guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional, friendly service to every guest
- Mix, pour, and serve beverages with consistency and attention to detail
- Share your knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with all liquor laws
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bar environment
- Work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Collaborate with your team to keep the energy high and service seamless
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 21+ years old with 2 - 3 years bartending experience in a high-volume or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of Colorado craft beer (a big plus!)
- Solid understanding of spirits, wine, and cocktails
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and deliver consistent quality
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- TIPS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions
