Fremont Area Community Foundation is looking for a collaborative leader and relationship-builder to join our staff as Director of Philanthropic Services. This position involves leading our advancement, donor cultivation and stewardship, and asset development work. This person will work with donors, attorneys, financial advisors, other partners, and teams across our organization to promote charitable giving, expand philanthropy, and connect generous donors with community needs.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of related experience
- Ability to analyze data, evaluate and plan development operations, and identify emerging needs and trends
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated success with donors, campaigns, and asset development
