We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. No previous sales experience? No problem. Full training is provided.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or someone looking to build a career in business development, sales, and staffing.
What You'll Do:
- Connect with local businesses by phone and in person
- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Learn how to identify hiring needs and provide staffing solutions
- Represent one of the largest staffing organizations in North America
- Work closely with our recruiting team to help businesses find great talent
