About the RoleThe USA ICON National Pageant is seeking caring, energetic, and responsible volunteers to join our Princess Program Team during Nationals.As a Princess Program Assistant, you'll help create a fun, safe, and memorable environment for our youngest participants in the USA ICON Princess Program. Working alongside our Princess Program instructors and Sponsor Queens, you'll assist with activities, provide additional supervision, and help ensure every little princess has an unforgettable experience.This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in education, childcare, youth leadership, event planning, or community service while gaining hands-on experience at a national event.Responsibilities
- Assist with supervising children participating in the Princess Program.
- Help create a welcoming, fun, and engaging environment.
- Support instructors during crafts, games, lessons, and princess-themed activities.
- Assist Sponsor Queens with participant needs throughout the program.
- Help children transition safely between scheduled activities.
- Encourage positive behavior while ensuring participant safety.
- Assist with setup, cleanup, and organization of program materials.
- Communicate professionally with parents, volunteers, and event staff.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly environment.
Preferred QualificationsWe're looking for friendly, dependable individuals who enjoy working with children and being part of a team.Ideal candidates will have:
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to remain attentive and organized in a busy environment.
- Experience working with children through babysitting, childcare, camps, schools, church, coaching, volunteering, or similar activities is a plus—but not required.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced event setting.
- A willingness to learn and help wherever needed.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
