This is a high-visibility, fast-paced event assignment for people who understand that every conversation, question, and interaction can influence the customer experience and the reputation of the company.

We are hiring 10 Customer Service Event Representatives for a three-day event assignment in the Atlanta, Georgia, area.
Assignment Details
- Event dates: September 25–27
- Schedule: Approximately 14 working hours each day
- Compensation: $30 per hour
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia, area
- Position type: Short-term contract assignment
- Training: Required training will be provided before the event
- Travel and lodging: Not provided
Candidates must be available to work the complete schedule on all three event dates.
What You’ll Do
- Represent Speak Your Way To Cash® professionally throughout the event.
- Welcome attendees and create a positive experience from the moment they arrive.
- Assist with registration and attendee check-in.
- Answer general questions and communicate approved information about the company and its services.
- Direct attendees to the appropriate rooms, sessions, resources, or team members.
- Proactively engage attendees in friendly, professional conversations.
- Listen for signs that an attendee may be interested in the company’s services.
- Ask appropriate questions to better understand an attendee’s interests or needs.
- Introduce interested or qualified attendees to the appropriate member of the sales team.
- Accurately collect or confirm attendee information when assigned.
- Assist with event materials, attendee flow, setup, breakdown, and other operational needs.
- Respond calmly and professionally when attendees need assistance.
- Escalate complex questions or concerns to the appropriate team member.
- Adapt quickly as event needs and assignments change.
- Protect the quality of the brand experience by maintaining a polished appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Representatives will not be responsible for closing sales. The sales team will handle consultations, conversions, and closing conversations.
Training will cover the company’s services, event expectations, attendee engagement, and the process for identifying and referring interested attendees.

❌ This role is not for someone who becomes easily overwhelmed in busy, public, or fast-paced environments.
❌ This role is not for someone who is careless with attendee information or event procedures.
❌ This role is not for someone who cannot remain professional and energetic during long shifts.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service, events, hospitality, retail, sales, promotions, brand representation, registration, community engagement, or a related field.
- Confidence speaking with customers, prospects, and event attendees.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, professional, and engaging presence.
- The ability to learn and communicate approved information about the company accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
- The ability to remain composed when handling questions or unexpected situations.
- Experience using registration platforms, lead-tracking systems, CRM software, or spreadsheets is preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- A professional appearance and the ability to represent the company appropriately in public.
- The ability to work independently while remaining aligned with the event, sales, and operations teams.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Additional Information
- Compensation is $30 per hour.
- This is a short-term contract assignment for September 25–27.
- Approximately 14 working hours are expected each day.
- Travel, transportation, and lodging expenses will not be provided.
