HELP OPEN THE NEW BONFIRE SCOTTSDALE!
Bonfire Craft Kitchen & Tap House is growing, and we're building the opening team for our brand-new Scottsdale restaurant.
Bonfire is a high-energy restaurant and sports bar built around scratch-made food, smoked meats, craft beverages, sports, entertainment and genuine hospitality. Our food has been featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and our Surprise and Tempe restaurants have helped build the foundation for our next chapter in Scottsdale.
PREVIOUS RESTAURANT SERVING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.
We're looking for experienced, energetic servers who know how to thrive in a busy restaurant environment. Bonfire gets extremely busy, especially Wednesday through Sunday, and we need servers who can stay organized, move with urgency and still deliver a memorable guest experience when the restaurant is packed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous restaurant serving experience — REQUIRED
- High-volume restaurant or sports-bar experience — strongly preferred
- Toast POS experience — a plus
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Confident menu recommendations and suggestive selling
- Ability to manage multiple tables during high-volume service
- Friendly, engaging and professional guest presence
- Strong communication with bartenders, kitchen, expo and support staff
- Sense of urgency
- Dependability and teamwork
- Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure
- Strong Wednesday-through-Sunday availability is a plus
- Nights and weekends availability
Great servers don't simply take orders. They read the table, anticipate needs, know the menu, communicate with the team and create an experience that makes guests want to come back.

10:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Qualified applicants will be invited to attend one of our hiring sessions.
Candidates who advance Wednesday may be invited back Thursday, August 20 for a second interview with another member of our management team.
Successful candidates will then discuss position details, availability, onboarding and training schedules.
